Collected from pine cones and then removed from
their hard shells, pine nuts are roasted with walnuts -
without the addition of fat or any other liquid.
In conclusion, we honour them with a bath in
golden acacia honey.

The honey comes from bees in the Märkische Schweiz
district, which are cared for by our organic beekeeper,
Fabian.
