A good apple confiture requires above all
a good apple cultivar. Thus we use only
our favourite variety, „Rubinette“.

These comparatively small apples have
a juicy, crispy consistencey, are tangy
and at the same time intensely fruity.
When they are combined with roasted
almonds, you experience an enjoyment
which is unique.
